for example have a look of the following example : - http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
Please provide me some information which is related to this...

Hi,
the error's you get are related to your php script, you need to use the right paths to your scripts and classes. I didn't wrote a manual for this class because it's a script for hosting professionals. If someone can't setup a whois script how is it possible to setup more complex API based scripts for domain registrations.
It's not personal, just my two cents.
If you have at least basis PHP skills you should be able to run that script (check the latest version on this website)

The Whois response is just a string, you can break the lines this way:
<?php echo nl2br($my_whois->info); ?>
or create an array from that string using
$arr = explode(PHP_EOL, $my_whois->info)

this is actually a problem because the data is very different for each whois server or tld.
You need to count the rows for each tld and extract them this way

hi olaf,
dont be hesitate of my posts n replies, can u please explain me in details.How to work in linux mode n how to enable whois command line tool enable in linux mode. plz support me
Olaf posted on 2010-02-19 12:48:18 #
no it's not related to the method on how the script gets the information.
Seems to me that your server gives a different response than here on this site. (btw. this way I was able to fix my script after moving to this server)
If you can use the "linux" mode because you get better information.
If you try your server first with the file called "whois_servertest.php" you will see how the response is.

You're not owner of the server right? You need to ask that the hosting provider (normally the user of this script)

You need root access via SSH, the script works try the test file first (put it on your website and let me know about)
